Pole Spin Duo w/ Cherry

Who says no to have twice as much fun ? In this workshop we will explore new tricks on a spinning pole but this time with 2 on the pole. You will learn how to communicate, how to anticipate/react on each others moves while both being on the pole and try out some new fun tricks! Come alone or bring a friend! Heels optional.

Pole Spin duo requires contact with others win moves, being comfortable with physical touch is best. 

Level: You have a strong outside leg hang, strong sit and a strong viva (Strong Pole Plus 1 / Pole Plus 2 starter).
