free pole training
Want to practice some moves on your own or with other pole friends? Then come to our open training moments!
season sept ‘25 > Jan ‘26
every monday 15h > 18h
Every wednesday 15h > 17H
Free training is a community event; a moment to train for yourself, but also to connect with other students and dancers. To learn from each other. We won't gate-keep or decide who can/can't enter but still want to ensure emotional safety and create a self-serving filter by asking you to read the following guidelines carefully:
You do not need to register to come to the free training. Come at the time that is convenient for you during the indicated time period. Make sure you don’t overstay your welcome and respect the end time.
Free training is free, but free donations are very welcome. This can be money, but you can also bring whatever it is you can give; this can be a cake, a drawing, a smile, a new piece of deco for in our space. Whatever you feel like sharing with us <3
We wish to welcome everyone. Our students in the first place, but we do this to support the pole community as a whole. This is why we also allow people from outside the studio to come. This has already led to very enriching (international) encounters. Just be open to share the space, your knowledge and the pole with each other.
Be aware of the space you hold.
If there are more people than poles, make sure to share your pole.
Acknowledge the presence of a new person coming into the space.
Be mindful of others when taking videos or pictures.
Be open to sharing tips with others and helping each other learn new moves.
Share the speakers; when putting your music, ask the others in the room if it’s okay with them. If you are practicing on a specific song, try bringing headphones/earbuds.
Respect the space.
You should know, but we will keep reminding you: no rings on the poles.
Clean up after yourself; if you used a towel, a cup, a mat or something else, put it back where it came from.
Clean your pole and mat after usage and make sure you use the right products - indicated on the bottles.
Don’t put up or take down poles yourself. Always ask the responsible from the studio that will be present at that moment.
Free training is NOT:
A free space for you to give private classes, especially not for monetary gain.
A free space for you to prepare your classes if you are not a Jezebel teacher.
A free space for your photo- or video shoots.
A free space for you to train for competitions.
If you do need a space for a photoshoot, private rehearsal or class, this is possible in our studio but just not during free training. In this case, you can rent our spaces. More about this here.
