This class is all about oppositions and balancing them out. A mix between the meditative practice of yoga and the physical challenges. Let’s try to find balance in easing the mind while working with the muscles of our body. While moving through the asanas with your breath. Be prepared to sweat and relax.
Anemone graduated as a yoga teacher last year and is slowly trying to find her way into the exciting world of teaching. She wants to give back by passing on what she has learned the past years (and still is) of practicing yoga. Yoga is a philosophy, a teaching of life and death.
While preparing your body to become strong and soft.
All levels are welcome. Also complete beginners.
