POLE FLOW w/ KNZ
This Pole Flow workshop focuses on choreography, dynamic and rythm. Rather than a "by myself" choreo, we'll work on group aesthetic, responding and moving together. The pole is used to elevate and support the choreography, without it being the main focus.
Be playful, dramatic, or bold as long as it feels right and comfortable to you, the goal is to have fun! The space is meant to be inclusive for people who may not feel comfortable with sensuality or who prefer to cover their bodies, so everyone is welcome!
All levels are welcome starting from Pole Base (you did at least one season). No inversions, spins, or strength-based tricks required.
Wear whatever you feel good in. This workshop is made to be "coverage friendly". You'll need loose pants, socks can be a plus :)
