FLOORWORK TECHNIQUE
This class explores creative ways to get to and move across the floor—rolling, sliding, spiraling, and beyond. Through imaginative tasks, we’ll research variations, challenge coordination, and break down tricks and combos step by step.
All levels are welcome. Also complete beginners.
Wear whatever you feel good in to slide on the floor. Heels (platform or no platform) are optional and welcome. Bring your kneepads.

FLOORWORK CHOREO
Take your Floorwork Technique knowledge and plug it straight into choreography. This class focuses on set material with clear musicality, specific timings, and intentional transitions. We’ll refine details, dynamics, and performance quality while building combos into a full piece. Difference with the regular Dirty Floorwork classes, which are more fluid and free for interpretation, this class is more time-specific.
