READY 4 YOUR HOT BABE SUMMER? 〰️
Jezebel Studio will keep its sweaty doors open in July, offering special summer workshops. But because we know you will all be out and about and we need the flexibility too, this is no regular class schedule. Instead we offer you workshops to strengthen your foundations and get the confidence to go to the next level after the summer. Or try something new and go to one of the workshops our teachers made specifically for summer 2026. Bookings are open!
In August, the studio will be closed, taking a well-deserved rest before opening again with a new schedule on September 7th.
Complete beginner to pole dance? Wait until September for a new Pole Base season to start. In the meantime you can come to an initiation or try one of our no pole classes and get to know the studio before joining in September :)

Style development

Is there a daredevil hidden inside of you? This workshop is not about proving how fearless, flexible, or extreme you can be. Instead, it is an invitation to question risk, control, vulnerability, and the politics of moving with — and being seen in — a body. Over the course of 4 weeks, we will explore pole beyond its conventional setup and expectations. The poles will not always be placed in their “normal” positions, and you won’t stay attached to only one pole or one way of moving. We will work through space collectively, experimenting with interaction, instability, proximity, and trust. This is not presented as a “safe space,” but as a space for openness, discussion, curiosity, and experimentation. Expect physical exploration, collective movement, and conversations that may challenge comfort zones. Being open to touch and interaction with others is essential. Because the work develops progressively, priority is given to participants who can commit to all 4 weeks.

Tired of feeling boxed into “femme” or “masc” styles? This workshop invites you to explore the space in between. This is not only about changing outfits or music styles, but also about experimenting with how you move on and off the pole. Expect a playful and open environment where you can explore different dynamics, attitudes, and ways of expressing yourself. We’ll begin with a grounding warm-up that gradually flows into a session where we’ll try out different walks, postures, and characters. From there, we’ll move into choreography and freestyle exercises that encourage you to shift between energies and discover your own version of “switch.”

Welcome to a choreo session led by Dieguito Tigrito! We will warm up, dance and connect to and through the hottest reggaeton beats for a choreo that is sassy, expressive, and sensual. We will focus on musicality and sensuality - expect lots of waving, shaking, twirling and twerking, on the pole, on the floor, against the wall… and get ready to let your inner tiger come out and play!
Experience: At least one season of pole base/ heels base. You are comfortable with climbs, sits.
For Pole Base with Pole Heels (Base) experience.
