GET UR PELVIC ON W/ MERIC

Get your Pelvic on is a slow, mat-based class to activate, stretch, strengthen & relax your pelvic floor in a shame-free, trans-affirming space. This class is about reconnecting with a part of the body that is often reduced to sex or performance. Yes, the pelvic floor plays a role there, but it also holds breath, posture, grounding, tension, release, dysphoria, recovery & everyday movement.

Led by resident transmasc facilitator Meriç, the class begins with a welcome talk and grounding meditation, followed by guided exercises that support balance, hip and lower back release, post-op or HRT-related bodywork, and deeper awareness in pole and floorwork.

All levels are welcome. No previous experience in yoga, dance or pelvic work is needed. This class prioritises people with trans experience and is open to anyone who feels called to reconnect with this area of their body.

Come in a comfy outfit. Bring a mat if you prefer your own. Blankets and layers are welcome.
