On May 7, 8, and 9, you can go and see the work of young creators during VAART! VAART is, you could say, the new generation of fABULEUS.

One of the pieces is called CLUSTERFUCK and is the creation of our dear friend Aurora Mesropyan and will be performed by Kenza Bensbia, Rosy Del C, Amélie Dechambre, Flo Van Deuren en Spring Showers. With CLUSTERFUCK, they challenge the notion that pole dancing is, by definition, a solo act. In her choreography, five pole dancers move across three poles as if they form a single organism.

Together, they play with the audience’s expectations and explore the tension created by taking pole dancing out of its own community and into a theatre. They seek recognition, connection and a two-way interaction where both the viewer and the dancer can be seen.
